Business Owners: When claiming or managing a business profile, you agree to provide accurate information about your business, including licensing and insurance status where applicable. You may not impersonate another business or use the Site for fraudulent purposes.
Users: When leaving reviews or requesting quotes, you agree to provide honest, non-defamatory feedback. You may not use the Site to harass, spam, or harm others.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove profiles and content that violate these terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the community.
2. Limitation of Liability
1. No Endorsement or Guarantee of Performance
GwinnettServices.com (the "Company") provides this directory as a free resource for residents of Gwinnett County. We do not personally perform the services listed, nor do we employ the contractors featured in this directory. The Company does not guarantee, warrant, or represent the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by any third-party contractor. Any agreement reached between a user and a contractor is strictly between those two parties.
2. Accuracy of Information
While we strive to curate high-quality local data, the Company does not guarantee that the information provided (including phone numbers, addresses, and ratings) is 100% correct, complete, or up-to-date. Use of this information is at your own risk.
3. Exclusion of Consequential Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, in no event shall GwinnettServices.com, its owners, or employees be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Property damage resulting from a contractor's work.
- Personal injury occurring during a service visit.
- Loss of profits or business interruption.
- Legal disputes between a user and a listed business.
4. Cap on Liability
If the Company is found liable for any reason despite the above exclusions, our total aggregate liability to any user or business shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to the Company (if any) during the six-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal action arising from the use of this directory must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Gwinnett County, Georgia.
3. DMCA Takedown
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright (e.g., unauthorized use of logos, photos, or other materials), please send a written notice to our designated agent at contact@gwinnettservices.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location on the Site
- Your contact information
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
We will process valid DMCA notices and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.
